The airport has 1 terminal with 2 concourses - East and West.
Terminal passenger links
Shuttle services are provided for transport between the terminal and long-term parking lots.
A: Sun Metro Buses
Sun Metro runs a scheduled bus (route 33) to the Airport 7 days a week.  The route terminates at the Downtown Plaza.
@ Summer 2009 fares are:
- regular, $1.25.
- child (6-18)/student, 75 cents.
- senior, 30 cents.

B1: Shared Ride Vans
A small number of companies provide regular pre-arranged shuttle service from outside baggage claim to various destinations, including downtown El Paso and Ciudad Juarez in Mexico. The Ground Transportation Center is next to Baggage Claim.
B2: Hotel Shuttles
Courtesy vans are operated by select hotels in and around the airport area. There is a courtesy hotel phone bank located directly in front of the baggage claim area.
C: Taxis
Taxis are licensed by the City and metered. Taxi staging areas are located directly outside of the baggage claim area and are available 24 hours a day.

D: Limousines
A small number of limousine companies provide pre-arranged service at the airport.
E: Rental Cars
Car rental companies have offices in the baggage claim area.
