| Terminal passenger links Concourse D is a separate terminal that is connected from the main terminal by an underground walkway. The Economy Shuttle Parking Lot is linked to the terminal by free 24-hour shuttle bus. |
| A: RTA Rapid Metro Trains The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority red line provides regular service between the airport and downtown Cleveland's Tower City Station. The trip takes less than 30 minutes, and trains depart every fifteen minutes for the majority of the day. The station is located on the level below baggage reclaim. @ Summer 2009 fares are: - one way, $2.25. - 1 day pass, $5. |
| B: LCT Buses Lorain County Transit (LCT) provides bus service to and from the airport to the Elyria Park and Ride station in Elyria, Ohio and Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. The LCT bus departs from the airport’s ticketing level outside the United Airlines’ ticket counter. @ Summer 2009 one way fares are $6 (or $4 with student ID.) |
| C1: Shared Ride Vans A number of private companies run door-to-door vans providing service between the airport and selected locations, including downtown Cleveland - based at the baggage claim level. Best to book ahead. |
| C2: Hotel Shuttles There are numerous hotels, motels and inns located in the greater Cleveland area and many offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Courtesy shuttles are located on the lower roadway island and can be reached from the baggage claim level outside doors 2 through 5. |
| D: Taxis Taxi pick-up is outside of the south end of the baggage claim area. Taxi Rates are based on mileage and are flat rates. |
| E: Limousines Service for limousines must be prearranged and coordinated with companies that offer airport services. Any state licensed limousine company is allowed to pick up or drop off passengers at the terminal curbside. |
| F: Rental Cars The airport has a consolidated rental car facility located off the airport grounds - shuttle service is available. Shuttles are located on the lower roadway island and can be accessed by exiting from door 5 on the baggage claim level of the main terminal. |
