| Terminal information The airport has 2 terminals, 2 and 3 (3 is by far the bigger.) Terminal 1 currently does not have any commercial carriers. Terminal 3 has 2 concourses, A and B (note that Concourse C closed in 2009.) |
| Terminal passenger links Terminal 3 operates a free underground train (automated people mover) to Concourses A & B. There are also bus shuttles between the terminals and car parks. |
| A: TANK Public Buses Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky - bus 2X runs to downtown Cincinnati (Main at 4th) via Covington Transit Center (daily and frequent on weekdays from 5am to shortly after midnight - there is also a weekend service.) Journey time is approximately 30 minutes. Buses run from outside the Terminal 3 baggage reclaim areas. @ Summer 2009 this ‘express fare’ is $1.75. |
| B1: Shared Ride Vans Door-to-door vans are available and run to downtown Cincinnati and the Kentucky side of the Ohio River - stops en route can be arranged on request. Reservations should be made 24 hours in advance, although walk-up service is also available. A request service is available for hotels and for destinations throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. @ Summer 2009 an example fare to downtown Cincinnati is $20. |
| B2: Hotel Shuttles Courtesy vans are operated by various hotels and motels in and around the airport area. |
| C: Taxis For taxis proceed to the taxi desk at Terminal 3 bag claim or use the courtesy phone at Terminal 2 bag claim. @ Summer 2009 an example fare to downtown Cincinnati is $27. |
| D: Limousines Limousine service is provided by several companies at the airport. Book ahead. |
| E: Rental Cars Terminal 3 passengers catch their car rental shuttle at the east end of the terminal, past Baggage Carrousel 5/6. Terminal 2 passengers catch their rental car buses outside the terminal. Shuttles leave every 5 to 10 minutes. |
