| Terminal passenger links All car parks, except the hourly one, are served by complimentary shuttle services to the airport. These shuttle buses operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In Long Term lots, shuttle buses run every 10-15 minutes. In the Daily and Remote lots, shuttle buses run every 8 to 10 minutes. |
| A: CATS Buses Charlotte Area Transit System buses pick up in front of Zone D Baggage Claim (leaving every 20 minutes) and serve the central city area, major hotels and the business districts. Buses terminate at the Charlotte Uptown Transportation Center. @ Summer 2010 fares are: - adult, $1.75. - senior, 85 cents. - youth/student, 85 cents. |
| B1: Shared Ride Vans A number of companies provide shuttle service from the airport to various destinations, including downtown Charlotte. Best to book ahead. Pick-up at the curbside of the lower Baggage Claim level. |
| B2: Hotel Shuttles Courtesy vans are operated by select hotels in and around the airport area. All participating hotels and motels may be contacted through one of four Traveler Information Centers on the Baggage Claim Level. |
| C: Taxis Taxi service is available curbside, on the Baggage Claim level. From the airport, @ Summer 2009 the meter starts at $2.50 and the rate is 50cents per 1/5 mile. There is a flat rate of $25 (+ $1 gas surcharge) to the center of Charlotte for approved taxis only. |
| D: Limousines A large number of limousine companies provide prearranged service at the airport. |
| E: Rental Cars All vehicle rental counters are located on the lower Baggage Claim Level. |
