| A1: Metrolink Monday to Friday only. The Burbank-Bob Hope Airport Station is on the Metrolink Ventura County Line which serves L.A. Union Station as well as Ventura County. Journey to Union Station is approximately 30 minutes. Passengers who would like a free shuttle bus ride to the train station should board a Lot D shuttle bus only and tell the driver that they would like to be dropped off at the train station across the street. Note that this journey is walkable. @ Summer 2009 fare to Union Station is $5.50 on weekdays and $4.25 on weekends. |
| A2: Amtrak For information on the Burbank-Bob Hope Airport station see A1 above. The Pacific Surfliner runs approximately 10 times a day between San Luis Obispo and San Diego, via Los Angeles, with the airport as one of the stops. @ Summer 2009 some example fares are: - Anaheim, $18 (80 minutes.) - Santa Barbara, $31 (2 hours.) The Metrolink ticket (A1) can be used on Amtrak trains to/from Union Station, so no need to spend any extra money on an Amtrak ticket. |
