| Terminal information The airport has 2 terminals, South and North. South has 3 concourses - A, B & C. North deals with the non-Canadian International flights. |
| Terminal passenger links A shuttle bus runs approximately every 15 minutes (all day, every day) between the North and South terminals and the ‘Park-Ride-and-Fly’ parking lots. A land-side inter-terminal walkway also exists. |
| A: Anchorage People Mover Buses Route 7 bus stops every 30 minutes at various Airport locations and alternates between downtown and the Dimond Center destinations from approximately 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Journey to the Downtown Transit Center takes approximately 25 minutes. @ Summer 2009 fares are: - Regular, $1.75. - Youth (5-18), $1. - Senior, 50 cents. - Day pass, $4. Exact fare only. |
| B1: Shared Ride Vans A small number of companies provide regular shuttle service from outside baggage claim to various destinations, including Whittier for cruise ship departures. Book ahead. |
| B2: Hotel Shuttles Free airport pickup is provided for guests by many local hotels and motels. Arrange service through the telephone information board in the baggage claim areas. |
| C: Taxis Taxicabs are available at both terminals. The South Terminal waiting area is located at the ground transportation island which may be reached via the underground transportation lobby or via the sidewalk outside baggage claim. The North Terminal waiting area is located curbside directly outside the main lobby. The cost of a taxi ride from the airport to downtown is approximately $17 to $22 (@ Summer 2009) and the ride takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes. |
| D: Limousines A small number of limousine companies provide prearranged service at the airport. |
| E: Rental Cars Rental car companies are located in the Rental Car Center across from the South Terminal. Free Airport shuttle buses travel between the South Terminal, North Terminal, and the Rental Car Center every 15 minutes, all day, every day. |
